What I Wore: 20.

So sorry for the absence again, a combination of many things have been keeping me busy lately, but I will get back into the swing of things soon. Once again the weather cannot decide what it is doing, though it was boiling hot at the weekend so I did manage to get a slight tan. The other day I got stuck in the worst rain storm,  I was completely soaked, no item of clothing was safe even underwear was drenched. Needless to say it wasn't such a pleasant experience walking home feeling like I had wet myself.

Last Friday afternoon I got a call from my Brother asking me if I would like free tickets to glastonbury,  obviously my initial thoughts were hell yes, but then the logical side of me kicked in and I had to say no. An insane decision I know but it would have cost me a fortune in train fares and been a 5-9 hour journey, also the fact that I had nothing packed was a slight problem as well. I did nearly weep every time I thought about it though and had to console myself with a shopping trip.

I am currently being driven mad by a car alarm going off every 5 minutes, lets hope it shuts up soon before I go completely insane. Oh there it goes again...

What I Wore: 19.

A fairly boring outfit, I am seriously lacking in inspiration and just throw on the first thing I find at the moment. It doesn't help that one minute I'm boiling hot then the next completely soaked, damn weather. I definitely need a shopping trip, and have convinced myself that I need lots of shorts as they are the only thing I seem to wear out at the moment. They offer somewhat more coverage than a skirt, not that I'm forever bending over and flashing everyone. I'm toying with the idea to go after work on Friday, but what I'm imagining in my head as a nice shopping trip followed by a tasty meal will probably turn into me being stuck in traffic for hours.

This weekend it was a friends birthday so was pretty fun and jam packed, a few of our friends are on holiday so we are having more celebrations next week. So I hope it is glorious sunshine unlike the monsoon like rain we experienced this weekend. One thing I was reminded of this weekend is that sometimes you just have to say enough is enough. No matter how hard you try you just have to realise that if someone is prepared to treat you in a way that shows they had no regard for your feelings, then they are definitely not someone you want as a part of your life. Don't get me wrong it's sad when you lose someone from your life, but I am a much stronger person than what I used to be and I try not let anything affect me. Some may think its a bit heartless, but I always think why spend your time dwelling on someone when they are definitely not doing the same over you. If all else fails I can always rely on this song to put me in a good mood, if you've a Matilda fan then I'm sure you know it.

I nearly just deleted this post for the second time, I swear the older I get the more clumsy I am. The other day I stepped on the train and was so close to falling in a random man's lap and then when I got off I walked into a post. Sometimes I wonder how I make it though the day without doing something truly stupid!

What I Wore: 18.

Not entirely sure if I actually like this outfit, I was dressed really summery this morning because it was lovely and warm but then it went all grey and yucky. Rain and white tops don't mix too well so I thought it best to put some more clothes on.

This weekend was pretty chilled out and I didn't really do much in the end, I'm blaming it on serious lack on money, roll on pay day pretty please. Saturday night just ended up being super quite with just the girls, some film watching and eating far too much food, making and consequently eating too many cupcakes. My friend was under the impression that cupcakes weren't all that bad, the look on her face when she knew how unhealthy they were. Definitely didn't end up in bed at 12 watching sing along Beauty and the Beast...

I was hoping to pick up some bargains because we went to the car boot on Sunday but as it decided to rain everyone went home early, so that turned out to be a major fail. I'm going to hunt around the charity shops this weekend so hopefully will pick up some bargains.

Has anyone watched Angry Boys on BBC3? If not then you really should, Chris Lilley is hilarious and I'm hoping this is as brilliant as Summer Heights High was. I may also be slightly addicted to Geordie Shore, please don't judge me.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend.

What I Wore: 17.

How on earth is it a week since I last posted, I am going to try my hardest to become more frequent with my posts. I really do love blogging, mainly just so then I can ramble on about random things, and obviously I love reading everyones comments and all the lovely things people say.

Today I just wanted to be super comfy, I still think these trousers are hideous and incredibly unflattering but when comfort is key they are the first thing I think of to wear. I was hoping to dress slightly more summery but the weather still cannot decide what it wants to do. Its crazy that I was sunbathing in a bikini at the weekend and then the other day I had to wear my winter coat to work. I got so soaked and spent the remainder of my day squelching around in my wet shoes, not at all pleasant.

I have a million and one things to do today but all I want to do is eat brownies and curl up in a ball and sleep, maybe throw in a bit of film watching or if it was warm some sunbathing and that would be the perfect day. I seem to be so sleepy this week, yesterday on my lunch break I was so close to falling asleep, it got to the point where I wasn't entirely sure if I had nodded off for a second. I also keep banging on about the sun and getting a tan, as I am the only one out of my friends who is not going on holiday this year I am determined not to be white and pasty, when they are all lovely and brown!

Hope everyone is having a good week, Friday needs to hurry up get here sooner!

What I Wore: 16.

The weather was lovely today so I thought I would crack this pleated number out. It is actually a skirt but as the waistband is elasticated it can easily be worn as a dress and in real life its actually a bit more of a darker raspberry colour. Its rather unlike me to wear something so colourful.

Bank holiday weekend actually turned out to be a lot more fun than I thought it was going to be. I had such a good night out on Sunday, nothing special but its always a good time when the majority of your friends are out together. I don't really drink anymore, but I'm the sort of person who can go out, not drink and still have a good time. In fact I think I'm more insane without alcohol, probably not such a good thing. I always think people probably assume I'm incredibly drunk because I chat away to anyone and pretty much never leave the dancefloor.

On Monday I went to a local event which has bands playing throughout the day, food and loads of different stalls, everyone just chills out on picnic blankets and it has a bit of a festival vibe to it. Sitting on the train home with hundreds of hyped up, mostly drunk teenagers was not my idea of a relaxing journey though. And the highlight, getting chatted up by a 16 year old boy, I think he thought I was loving it because I was smiling but I was only trying to stop myself from bursting out laughing!
